Members are allowed to invite guests to play at the club. Regular or frequent guests should be encouraged to join the club. Guests must be properly recorded in the online reservation system and the guest fee of $8 should be paid for each guest. Failure to record guests is considered a serious violation of club rules and may jeopardize continued membership.

If you are unable to log guests using the online reservation system, you can either record guests on the handwritten sign-up sheet in the clubhouse or send an email to actonindoortennisbilling@gmail.com.

FIND A MATCH

Our online reservation system, YourCourts, provides an option to match players at our club with other members who are looking for playing partners. Below are instructions which should enable members to register for, and use, the "Find a Match" feature. For additional help, refer to the detailed instructions on the Find a Match registration page.

There are two steps

1) Register for Find a Match

Log onto YourCourts. If you are on a computer or laptop, go to My Profile by clicking your name in the upper right hand corner then selecting My Profile. If you are on a mobile device, select the gear icon on the upper right, select your name then My Profile.

Under My Profile, click Ratings and enter your NTRP rating under USTA Level. No need to add anything else. Then click Find a Match and turn on the "Allow Invitations" slider so it is green. While still under Find a Match, fill in all the options specifying the level of the players you would like to hit with, the times you would like to play, and the days of the week that you are typically available to play. You must select at least one day of the week you are available. Click the green Save button at the upper right to save your selections

You should now be available for people to invite you to play.  Note: If you would prefer not to be available for invitation but rather only have the option to invite others, turn off the "Allow Invitations" slider so it is white and be sure to save.

2) Use Find a Match

Navigate to the main menu (on the left on a computer, on the top on a mobile device) and select "Find a Match". Select "Invite Others" to open the Find a Match Search. Click on the green "Search Tennis" button on the right on a computer and at the bottom on a mobile device. Scroll down to see other members who are a good match in terms of skill level and also fit in terms of  your schedule.
